Admission & Fees – Oldbury

Fee Schedule January 2024


1. Admission Applications

1.1 A non-refundable registration fee of £50 is applicable per child, per application.

1.2 A deposit of £200 per child. This needs to be paid on acceptance of their place in the school. This is refundable at the end of your child’s school time, according to our policy a minimum notice period of one school term is required to receive the refunded deposit.

1.3 A month’s/Term’s/Annual fee(s) in advance of your child’s school attendance.

1.4 All these payments will need to be made before the child begins school. All payments will be made through the link that we will be providing you with. We currently are using Eduspot School money for online payment. This is a safe and easy way to pay.

  1. Fees for the Academic year

Primary school fees

2.1 £3000 per year

2.2 The fee can be paid using three methods:

1 annual payment – A payment of £2850 must be paid on the 1st Sep. (5% discount).

3 termly payments, to be paid before the 1st day of each term (3 x £1000). A Payment of £1000 will be due on the 1st Sep, 1st Jan and 1st April. The school fees will be a total of £3000.

10 Monthly Instalments (10 x £300.00) due on the first working day of each month and no later than the 4th.. The school fees will be a total of £3000

2.3 Flexi schooling fees

Morning session only 8.30am to 12.30pm

(core academics)

  1. Tuition fee £2400
  2. Tuition fee Monthly payments are £240 (£240 x 10)
  3. Tuition will be for Maths, Science, English only.

2.4 SEND Fees

We are a school that supports the abilities of all children, including those that have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. For the external SEND support for children the local authority will charge for their services.

2.5 Resources Fees

The resources fee of £50 a term should be paid at the start of each term ( 3x £50 =£150).

3. Disclaimer

3.1 Fees are subject to annual review and periodical increase, with a terms notice.

3.2 One term’s notice in writing is required to withdraw a pupil from the school. If such notice is not given, the deposit will not be refunded.

3.3 Parents will be required to make small contributions towards their child’s learning resources from time to time.

3.4 All cheques should be made payable to Al Khair School

The 2nd child or more/sibling receives a 5% discount which reduces the annual fee to £2850 or spreads over 10 months at £285.00 per month.

Fees are due by the 4th of every month.

1st Instalment is due by 1st Sep 2023 and last is due by 1st June 2024
